A few years back we were looking for a new home and we met Ramon at an open house he was showing. He was familiar as we had seen him around our neighborhood, but never met in person. While we didn’t purchase that house, we immediately felt comfortable trusting him and we both agreed that if we ever needed a realtor, he’d be the one. Years later, when we decided to sell our house in Dublin, we knew Ramon would be the best realtor for the job. With us now living in Idaho, Ramon took care of all of the details that would have put a burden on us, being that we were out of state. He went above and beyond our expectations and with his help, we were able to get the house ready to show in a very, very short time. There were a lot of things that he jumped in and took care of right away, which would have been tough for us to do. Things like changing the battery in the carbon monoxide detector, scheduling the inspections, scheduling the house cleaning, and he got the staging done very quickly. Ramon was quick to update us on every little detail and always responded promptly to any questions that we had. All said and done, we sold our house within 6 days of listing it! The process was very smooth and stress-free and that is mainly due to the care, trust and detail Ramon took with us and our house. Ramon’s calm demeanor and responsiveness helped to alleviate any stress during a time that could have been very stressful. Juggling 2 small kids, buying home, and selling a home is exhausting, but Ramon was extremely accommodating. Ramon’s communication skills were excellent and he always kept us up to date about potential problems and how we might resolve those issues. In addition, he was always helpful in texting us about important documents that we needed to sign to keep the sale moving forward. This was super important to me as I am very busy quality management professional focused on quality and patient safety at a local hospital. It was very helpful to have Ramon reach out to us with a reminder about those pending documents.
Ramon was able to sell our home at the 1st open house for more then we had expected. Even after the sell of the home, he and the buyer’s realtor worked as a team to keep our landscape watered and thriving. During the final walk-through, there was difficulty getting the water heater to light. When I could not meet with P.G.&E., Ramon took his time to meet with them and have the pilot light lit to satisfy the buyer’s concern about the water heater not working properly.

Ramon was awesome! He helped me daily during a very stressful time. (Bad remodeling experience) I didn’t realize all that would be involved when I decided to retire, get my house ready to sell, and sell it while trying to find a new place out of state.
